Crashing after trying to make a new character

My client crashed after I made up a new character to try out the new Agents of Yesterday missions. It has done it twice already.

Happened to me as well, but was able to continue after completely closing the game, reloading the STO Launcher, and setting it up to Force Verify under Options.

Same here, doesn't exactly inspire me with confidence.

    Ditto.

Rec'd 'Version Mis-match' error twice for the first time ever. Rebooted and verified all game assets (this was a few days ago). Crashed to Desktop (C2D) twice upon trying to enter character creation screen.

Today, I updated Nvidia drivers and installed Win10 updates and, thinking I was being sneaky, loaded my copied-over Holodeck toon... Voila! I was in the game on Tribble! But that was shortlived: After creating and saving my new TOS toon, I immediately C2D twice. So, I'm giving up on Tribble - at least until next week's patch.

yeah, the testing should be for "how does it play?", not "does it play?". not impressed so far :/

Unable to generate new tribble character nor login to any character for TOS on tribble. Whole thing crashes for the character creator but does not give the crash alert popup. I do get the crash popup when I crash trying to login to a character.

Nor should they be. Their ships would look weird.
