Prisoner Problems

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
I would like to suggest that once a month we get a DOF assignment to swap prisoners with factions. I have 34 prisoners in a box in my bank and cant keep up with them any more. Maybe we could get common DOF for prisoners.

    Answer is to play KDF, which does not suffer from a shortage of prisoner uses.

    Fed prisoners are best used for starbase project.

    Could probably make a whole new set of fed prisoner doff missions based around the idea of rehabilitation or transport to Facility 4028 and whatnot. Requires doctors, and time, or tacticals and time.

    The KDF versions of same should include 20 hour sport hunting. Or a 2 hour one betting on two prisoner's fighting, which removes only one of the two. Maybe a very rare chef recipe.

    Youu can turn them over to the security officer at either ESD or Quonos

    I'd like a target practice mission myself, security brings the prisoners into the armory for you and you get to have some fun with the vaporization setting >:)

    Yes, you can. But fedside that gives less reward than just dismissing them.

    Fed options:
    - Security Officer will take 2 in a doff mission, 1Hr CD I believe.
    - Colonization Efforts like stated above
    - Sell them on the market for chump change
    - Dismiss


    On a side note, my ship is not a prison ship. having more options on the fed side would be, you know, nice to have. My Armada doesn't always have the colonize project going.

    Can we get a doff mission where we execute them and give them to the koboli or something? I'll make it a humane procedure.

    So what you're all saying is we need a new Fleet location that's a faction Prison Facility with new toys/vendors/unlocks that gobbles prisoners and contraband by the thousands to rank up...

    For those asking for an execution doff mission... I thought the Federation didn't used corporal punishment.

    Now, a series of rehabilitation tasks would be nice.

    Exchange. Sell them. Consider it the cost of repatriation to their home.
