Arc launcher going wrong

the updates to the launcher are not helpful. the home page for a game used to have news easily available. now it hides in some rotating window and u cannot even get to all past news either. i thought it was counterproductive to make me use a tab to get to the news page but, now that is gone too. unless the news is easy to get too i have no use for the launcher ( i would prefer to call it a browser as that is what i read u guys want it to function as)
so, as for getting the news i want, it is irritating but, far easier to open a real browser and use one simple bookmark to pop the news page up that i am looking for. unless u are gouing to change that too.
please, make it simple to navigate.... unfortunately i am writing this while very frustrated so please, please understand my unfortunate tone and please make things simpler to use. thanks.
