stop releasing promos with all the graphics settings turned to low

This game can look pretty nice when you mess with the settings a bit, and it's pretty pitiful that y'all decide to just jam the settings to their lowest for what's supposed to be promos for your latest, hottest expansion.

    That's a completely separate issue - what the OP is complaining about is the quality of Cryptic's promotional video/imagery relative to how good STO can be made to look on the highest settings.

    And the -fairly reasonable- assumption you should make your promotional videos and photos etc. look as good as possible.

    Even I understood what the OP meant.

    The trailer for 11 I think was garbage, such low res.

    Personally, I like to play with the graphics as low as possible, it reminds me of the mid 2000's.
