Copy and Paste glitched

A8DFEE62EADF87EE9AAAE96A6BFEDB8D91B80BDFNotice in the upper-right corner where Copy and Paste and so forth ought to be available but are grayed out. Reloading the game client fixed the problem (which is a frelling good thing considering I had five individually reskinned mob groups that are already going to need recoding after being duplicated), but I'm reporting it anyway.

    What I also find fixes the problem is placing a detail or building (which you can then delete). Whatever's going on it that seems to clear the error greying out copy/paste.
