Hi guys.
All of my Characters have the Obelisk Warp Core. For my Romulan character I have to use the Kremin ship for Tour The Galaxy.
Is there any Romulan core, that I can buy or get, that has the same 50% Slipstream cooldown and the 20% turn?

Are you in a Fleet? Check the dil mine and spire cores, there are eleventy different flavors.

Specifically, you'll want to get a core with [SSR] (50% recharge rate) and [SST] (+20% turn rate bonus is slipstream).
As for the Obelisk core itself, it only comes in a warp core version due to the obelisk being warp-core only.

Cheers. Recently got dumped from my fleet, no explanation.
Looks like I will just have to keep jumping into my Kremin for Tour The Galaxy.

Just to note, if you have fleet credits, those stay with you, though your new fleet may have restrictions before shopping.

Cheers matey, I know that. I have asked to join a fleet but no response so far. I am not trying to take advantage of anyone.
I have other things to spend on, rather than super-dooper singularity cores. Will just use the Kremin.

Just wanted to make sure it was out there in case someone a year from now searched and got nervous when switching fleets for some reason.

If you do not have access to fleet cores you can make use of the 8472 Counter Command reputation singularity core for war birds. It has both a transwarp and slipstream cool down. This is what I use for my Romulans.

Tour the Galaxy is my main source of EC so the 20% turn and the slipstream cooldown are the important ones.
