Best Stand-Alone Universal Consoles and Starship traits?

Having bought the flagship pack during the sale I'm in the process of mastering the top-level traits of each ship and it got me thinking, is there any ship whose mastery trait is so great that it would be stupid not to acquire (regardless of the performance of the ship itself)? The same goes for their universal consoles, as I'll explain below:
A case in point is the Vandal destroyer. It's only a tier-3 vessel, but because it comes with the Plasmonic Leech it's bought by a huge number of players just for that reason alone. Are there any other ships that have an awesome console or trait that are on a similar level?

Reactive Repair Nanites from the breen carrier is a good one for pets

AHOD is nice for any captain
E'Mc2 : Science Reman torp T'Varo, deadly annoyance :P
Kunmal: Tactical fed Klingon, ground specialist, USS Kanewaga
Ka -tet Tier 5 fleet fully completed Starbase and fleet property
Pairs well with pedal2the metal trait, and other speed based captain traits.
That and things like AHOD, Reciprocity, and Supremacy are staples of DPS oriented players.
Another one that's not mentioned a lot is Battle Ready from the Eclipse. Great trait if you're running a reciprocity build and frequently use Intel and/or Engineering abilities.
I'm also a fan of Improved Pedal To The Medal from the Pilot Tree.
Funny thing is that even after obtaining it in the last give away i simply haven't found a use for it. My birds don't need their shields.
I am thinking about buying the cross faction T6 Battlecruiser Pack (Arbiter / Kurak / Morrigu) at the end of the year. The Emergency Weapon Cycle trait is useful to those captains using emergency power to weapons; primarily my Fed / KDF engineers and Romulan Tac.
Next year I plan on purchasing the Command Battlecruisers (Presideo / Ty'Gokor / Vastam) for all three factions that have the AHOD trait. I may also buy the Fed T6 Flagship pack as well for their traits.
