Who is the contact for the tier advancement in Qo'Nos? I hit 30 with a toon that started when the KDF started at 20. I spoke to Jmpok and all he says is speak with the battlemasters. I have spoke to the NPCs around the only Battlemaster I've seen and nothing. Would like to get the ship requisition token. I tried searching for this information and found nothing to help.

    Try beaming up to the Shipyard, and talking to the shipyard vendor there. If that doesn't work, there's mission that unlocks shipyard functions for the newer players, 'Test of Mettle' in the 'Warzone' arc, go through it and see if that works.
