Emotes menu vanishes after one emote, when pinned to desktop

What is going on with the emotes menu? Why have the ability to anchor the menu to the desktop if it will not stay pinned?

    I'm having same issue - don't really know how long it's been messed up. Not sure if it came bundled with the multiple Season 11.5 bugs or before.

    I hope they get this fixed before the summer event. For me, that's where this feature is most useful.

    Same here. There is similar behaviour with the character costume selection menu too!
    I need a beer.
