allow existing "regular" ship interiors on special ships

please allow existing "regular" ship interiors on special ships. only having e.g. the breen bridge is a bit cramped, i'd like to set up my trophies and stuff. with the limited carrier selection on the kdf side, i'm willing to break "realism" there, and use an existing klingon interior instead

    too late to edit the original post... but could you please also spawn personel in the ship interior according to the doffs you own? my orion wants her ship full of ex-slaves :)
