Hello, I missed out on the Endothermic Inhibitor Beam from the winter event. Is it effective? Is the 20%-30% damage to shields noticeable? Or is it like a Tac console "30%" bonus?

    It scales with PrtG...okayish skill, I removed it from my wells months ago.
