Inspirational Leader not buffing new skills

It appears that Inspirational Leader is not buffing some of the new skills, such as:
  • Control Expertise
  • Drain Expertise
  • Tactical Specialization(s) (Critical Chance + Critical Severity boxes)
  • Armor/Shield penetration
  • Shield Hardness
  • Shield Regeneration
  • Readiness lines (Tac, Sci, Eng)

Some of this may be intended, but I think that at least control expertise and drain expertise should be affected. There may be other skills not affected, but these are the ones that I can recall right now. I also think that Inspirational Leader would buff the power level skills (efficiency/performance lines on Holodeck), but not anymore?

    Yep, confirmed bug. This Trait has not yet been translated to the new system.

    The Fleet Skill Boosts are similarly not yet translated.

    Yep, confirmed bug. This Trait has not yet been translated to the new system.

    The Fleet Skill Boosts are similarly not yet translated.
    Don't forget to check innate racial traits as well when you do that. It looks like Joined Trill hasn't been updated yet, and while I haven't checked after today's patch before it Liberated Borg hadn't been either.

    Joined Trill was updated.
    Liberated Borg only gives Warp Core Efficiency, which doesn't require a translation.

    Please consider nerfing this trait down to 7.5 per stack. It's about to become way more powerful with all the new skills.

    Well its a valid point, it has always been too useful but the new skill system will make it extremely powerful then even before. Bonus cooldowns to all powers and penetration for weapons etc.

    If you can get it to stack three times (which is honestly pretty rare) but yes your right even at one stack it's very potent.

    Ah, okay, wasn't sure as in the skill tree Warp Core Efficiency is not shown to have a sliding scale that scales with points, but instead seems more like Full Impulse Energy Shunt which is either on or off.

    I think that species innate traits may need some buffs overall though. Pretty much nothing compares to the extra trait slot of Alien except Romulans/Remans as we get better and more personal traits (thanks lockboxes).

    Space traits include Leadership (Human), Romulan Operative (Romulans), Infiltrator (Remans), Subterfuge (Romulans or Remans), Pirate (Potatoes and Nausicaans), Efficient (Saurains, Liberated Borg, Delta ops Vulcans, Lethean), Impatient (Xindi), Temporal Engineering/Tactics/Etc (Krenim), Space Warfare Specialist (an ancient boff, available in Human/Romulan/Klingon back when), and all of those (well, not really SWS unless you already had it) are available to each faction, in any bridge officer seat (Pirates for feds are more limited than they used to be, admittedly).

    Because that isn't obviously ridiculously OP... :anguished:

    ...How can it be boosting shield hardness when that skill didn't exist before the revamp?
