This weekend will be the perfect time to apply Tech Upgrades to your gear, as we’re doubling the amount of Technology Points earned from each one applied!

    Nothing will be obsolete next season. Unless there's something coming that hasn't been announced yet of course :3

    The Crew consoles no one uses are getting new effects, other than those, everything is being translated pretty close to 1:1. Sensor Probes will only do Perception.

    How about the solanae deflector - still particles? I'll make epic if so..

    Used 75 Omega kits on the last upgrade weekend just a few weeks ago, it went well, I have the other 253 kits ready. Yes, I played the Omega mini game day and night, its time to get the payoff :smiley: Thank you Q...

    Glad to see the calendar didn't get changed last minute, this time.

    Got some Mk II dmg/pen DBB's I've been holding in the bank for this weekend. :D

    That's interesting. I have zero points in that now. I guess as long as the particles don't get reduced it's worth the risk of upgrading? It may not be a good time for upgrades unfortunately. I'm very wary.

    IIRC CMS is getting merged into control, and SubD is getting merged into Drain.

    @pwlaughingtrendy Any chance the Romulan Navy Personal Shield can get fixed so it actually has an "Upgrade type" listed. Right now, without universal upgrades, it can't be upgraded. :(

    Was looking forward to this to boost some shields, and to transition to some more appropriate weapon types for my science ships.

    There's already broken/bugged equipment... like the Romulan Navy Personal Shield:

    Missing an upgrade type... so only universal upgrades work on it right now.

    Think we look at a 4-6 week basis given the past 5 weekends.

    Those weekends are a good deal for everybody. I noticed a lot of peeps going for them, casuals as well as hardcore.

    It was quite a weekend for me. Got many epics on the first try. A few took 15-20. The only thing that remains for me is the reputation stuff. At 255000 a go it's a no-go. Bring them down to match everything else and you can gobble up me dilithiums.

    I think my characters should now all be in a good place after this event. Most gear at Mark XIV (prioritizing weapons). No ambition to go Epic. Tried a few new weapon types, like Agony Phasers and Vaadwaur Polarons. Advantage is that these are mostly account bound, so I have some wiggle room to switch between characters. (Especially since some characters already had Mark XIV weapons, but I didn't like them on that character or the ships the character uses. Or at all.)
    Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.
