missing skill info maping of level-up class bound abilities (player captain ability)

There are still abilties that miss the info linking them to skill system.
It's the abilities fixed for each class gained by leveling up captain.

*** Bugfix simple proposal:
Add the skill info into the "p" key list of abilities.
ugly hack, future collision information similar to collisions observed in some more detailed info texts.
** Bugfix advanced (standard) proposal:
One more tab for the level unlocks.
One more tab for the accolade unlocks.
No purchasing.
Just auto-purchase with level up.
And info box describing the "ability affected by skills" link.
* Future feature proposal:
Previous "advanced" fix followed by
Select one
Highlights in the other tabs those affecting it.

the future proposal part with highlights is more of a checkbox thing of a "primary" build ability to highlight in a skill tabs
