6th Anniversary prize vouchers double time gated.

It makes sense that the mission to accumulate the prize vouchers would have a cool down. But for the rep project to turn in the bound to character vouchers to also have a 20h cool down instead of 5s or 2m... That just seems malicious. Was that intentional maliciousness or accidental?

    I would hope accidental maliciousness. Anyway, these new vouchers, how long do we have to get the item/s?

    No, not the anniversary vouchers either.
