Particularly for the Delta troops, who never had a chance to earn Anniversary 1-5 items or accolades. Could it be possible for on the anniversary that you reopen past years anniversary events for new players and characters?
I know there is a certain uniqueness that most of us would like to keep so they should be awarded as an after event reward system that old players could also go back and redo the old Anniversary events for new rewards.
We've done this with past episodes before, and I'm sure many players old and new would like to revisit these things. Additionally, I would appreciate a reopening of the Lobi hunt as well. As an anniversary wouldn't be fund to revisit what has happened in the past?

I'm thinking along the lines of accolades more than rewards for past events really. A player would have to have earned the accolade on another player; much like the reward ships are free to all other characters on an account where one toon has earned it, so too could the anniversary accolades and such.
Add in a new accolade and rewards for all characters completing the events during the time frame to give the old characters a reason to rerun the event as well as those who never earned the previous. It could be the anniversary of the anniversary/event reward. It wouldn't need to be extravagant or anything, just a "you completed the anniversary event on the anniversary of the event."
As much as I love this game, I have found a few things as minor annoyances, but none bug me so much as the recent switch to vouchers. While I understand "making these rewards more exclusive", as I believe the dev blog put it, nothing incurs my ire more than the vouchers. Yes, I understand "right place right time" to get an event ship, but many of us who have limited playtime (or who want to get these ships on lesser-played alternate accounts and still have time to interact with others) have all complained about the Voucher system. Allow me to describe it in detail: Each Voucher is good for said event (Anniversary, Summer, and Winter) once per year. Ships cost 1000 Vouchers each, and players can grind up forty Vouchers per day. As such, it takes about 25 days to grind up a ship...which can be a problem for people who have difficulty getting on. Many at this point would point out that there are Voucher Packages that can be bought with Lobi Crystals. Sadly, Lobi Crystals require opening Lockboxes, and more often than not keys are rather pricey. So what's a person to do? Let's review the old system to compare: Players grind up 40 of an item, such as Qmendations for the Anniversary Event and Lohnaught Pearls for the Summer Event. These are good for whatever project, slotted whenever, be it this year, last year, or next year. This means that if a player isn't on long enough to complete a project but is still able to slot it, they can return next year and continue where they left off. This makes sense for those of use who cannot complete a project immediately, as it still allows us to complete a slotted project at a later time. Granted, I'm not suggesting (as the above comments put it) that we should be allowed to slot ship projects already past for achievements or the like...I concur with the developers that you should be able to get on during an event and slot a project...what I am suggesting is that we return to the old items usage so that we can complete projects we have slotted previously. Granted, it could be said I have a stake in this (on my main account I am attempting to get the Krenim Ship for this year's Anniversary Event, although I will not be able to get on for a while and will be unable to complete the project. As such, I could benefit from a switch back as well), but my concern isn't for myself, but for the players who all complain about the voucher system. Furthermore, the benefit of this extends to the developers, as recent issues with using the 2016 Anniversary Vouchers on the Year 4 Project (The Dyson Science Vessel) proved complicated a fix and even now some of my friends complained that their project is still bugged (fortunately, I already have the vessel, so I didn't experience that).
To Summarize, the pros of switching back to a single-item per event (as opposed to vouchers) are:
1: Ability to complete past slotted projects, teaching players the old addage "good things come to those who wait"
2: Easier time on the developers, who have had difficulty switching the game over to the new system.
I thank you all for reading this incredibly long-winded post. Thank you for bearing with me.

A currency we fairly obtained has been practically nullified.
It's just like working and being payed in dollars and then suddenly the government declares that dollars are void / null and from now on euros will be used without any possibility of conversions.
That is different than the Anniversary events.
