Can't transfer a toon from holodeck to tribble

I'm a lifetime member of STO and can transfer to redshirt but not to tribble? Can someone tell me if they have the same problem and how to solve please.

Character transfer to Tribble has been shut off temporarily.

ah ok.... That explains it. I just wanted to look at the new skill system and don't want to have to create a new toon but I'll wait a few days and try again. Thanks for the information.
