Note this isnt a request for the ship to be in game.

something has bothered me in ST09 spock said that the alternate reality was created the moment the Nerada entered the past.
so if that true doesn't that mean that the kelvin and its class of ship is also a prime universe ship?

The Kelvin is certainly a prime universe ship as well, just if it looks the same is questionable. Spocks explanation unfortunately doesn't make sense, considering the technology and ships already looked different before the incursion happened, as you noted. Then, Khan's backstory is entirely different and we have supposedly completely different looking aliens in both realities.

So, to make sense of the movies' different visuals you can only choose one of those explanations (in my personla opinion):

    a) The incursion "created" a quantum reality (TNG: Parallels) which has it's own past, present and future meaning even though it was "created" during the incursion the history already looks different for it so we have bulkier ships and different looking aliens.

    or

    b) Just accept costume/effect differences out-of-universe and ignore them in-universe. They always look the same, just that movie choose a different artstyle.

I'd say you are right on the money with explanation A. It makes a ton of sense.

In that case though; where is the Saladin-class Heavy Destroyer? Which the Kelvin was apart of. To a much finer gripe where is the New Orleans and Springfield-class starships as well.

I've been Dieing for a New Orleans class for years. Go perfect with my Nebula and Yamato. Not a fan of the Galaxy herself, so much as the Variants that use her parts.
Thanks for the Advanced Light Cruiser, Allied Escort Bundles, Jem-Hadar Light Battlecruiser, and Mek'leth
