Has a fairly lengthy section on the clean-up and some improvements for the Episode 'Cutting the Cord'. I know there were issues with the Episode, but that was also one that provided the Special Reman Boff Reward during Featured Episode Reruns.
Could this be some preliminary work to set up for a long awaited FE Rerun Event?
