Keyboard not working

It's been several months since I last played and when I loaded up the game today my keyboard does not work while in game except for in chat. I can click on the chat box and while I have it in focus my letters, numbers and space keys work, but enter does not work. I'm using a black widow chroma and also tested this on a steel series merc with the same results. I've tried restarts, swapping USB ports and tested the second keyboard with no luck. Any ideas?

    I tried it with and without controller setting on. I think I fixed the problem. If I load STO through the Arc launcher then the keyboard miss behaves. When I start STO directly from Steam then it works just fine. Seems like such an odd bug to come across.

    Same issue, working fine yesterday, log in today and keyboard is non responsive in game only clt+alt+del works to exit window. Any suggestions? any recent drive updates that may cause compatiblity issues?

    I have the exact same problem. Been away from the game for 6 month and now keyboard is non responsive besides chat, (and in chat I cant press enter...)
    Starting the game from Steam instead of Arc seems to work for me too... Could be the Arc overlay that mess things up...

    Same problem here. Although loading through steam does not help me at all. I reinstalled the game and that seemed to help for a bit. This has been an ongoing issue for me for some time. Usually a reload of the game will fix it but now not even that is working.
