Something wrong with the login server?

Cannot log in "Attempting to connect to the controller tracker...", forever.. no problem with other games..

Ok, seems to be some latency issues.. took at least 45 minutes to get back to normal.. odd, anyway

    Same issue here; where are you located? I'm in Arizona, USA. The game went down trying to change alts on DS9 (again), the self-reporting window came up, and since then, nothing. Guess I'll file a ticket; the launcher shows the server green...

    my game just crashed and now i get the same message from the server...''Attempting to connect to the controller tracker''!
    My daily grind is STAR TREK BATTLES channel - NO HIGH DPS WANTED

    Same issue down here. Netherlands. i could log in just fine an hour ago but now i can't get past the "Attempting to Connect to Controller Tracker" message. Nor forcing the game to launch solves the issue because it can't connect to the Account Server for some odd reason.

    I'm in Boston and am getting the "Attempting to connect..." error as well this morning.

    I'm in Italy, it just happened a few minutes ago!! i was playing for hours and switching back and forth and having some crashes but the game was working fine. My bet is server problem!

    Second try at restarting the launcher had success! Launcher now verifying files; I'll keep my fingers crossed... :*

    Problem solved. try closing everything and after a few moments start the application again. Worked for me!

    I have been having major connection issues all day, with their server base located @ 198.49.243.253, it has latency time in the 700ms-800ms!!!

    I'd recommend checking Trendy's thread - she's looking into latency/connectivity issues. Any informations you may want to provide may come handy. :)
