Does the disruptor proc stack? (-10 AllRes)

Title says it already. Also, does it stack for you only or does it stack for your teammates as well?
I assume this only applies to armor, since shields do not have res, correct?

    I always thought that shields did have resistances, given that some have dis, tet, pha mods etc.
    Anyway, as far as I know multiple people can stack those procs but one person alone couldn't do it. That said, I'm not 100% sure. However, I do know that the dis proc can stack with other similar procs like the nanite disruptor proc.

    Truth be told, I haven't thought about disruptor procs since...oh, the time they got a bug fix which stopped tac buffs from increasing the magnitude of the debuff. That was s6 or 7 wasn't it?

    Disruptor Proc doesn't stack but the timer is renewed. The debuff is applied against hull, not shields. Coalition Disruptor Proc is a different matter altogether.

    Also correct that it does not affect shields, it's for hull damage only.
    The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.

    does the coalition proc stack with itself? does it stack with the standard disruptor proc?

    Coalition disruptor is a debuff that boosts only disruptor damage, but after it stacks it does so by more than 10%.
