Breen Rezreth Dreadnought Cruiser Drain build w/ Sci captain Help

I currently have a KDF Alien Science Captain in the Voth Palisade Science Vessel. My current build in that ship is drain heavy with some occasional "fun buttons". However, my build is effective but lacks survivability and damage... at least damage and survivability I'd consider adequate. So now I'm wondering with the Breen dreadnought which favors engineering and drains if there's a way I can retrofit a sci heavy drain build for it. This is the rough build I have currently for my Palisade: http://www.stoacademy.com/tools/skillplanner/index.php?build=saphireupdate_7030 ... I tend to favor more fun buttons over this build which means I have more universal consoles. With that in mind is their any way to retrofit this build to run adequately on the Breen Dread? Thanks for your help

put any breen consoles and that leech in engie slots. if you feel you must have a rcs put leech in a tact slot instead.

I prefer breen space set on breen ships but jemhader is actually better for flow caps.

otherwise it looks good to me. but you may want to wait til some who know alittle more posts.

if I stop posting it doesn't make you right it. just means I don't have enough rum to continue interacting with you.

Thanks for your input! That's one of the things I have been debating is whether I should use the Jem Hadar for the Flow Caps + Polaron dmg buff or should I use the Breen set for the additional drain ability. On one hand I'll be more effective with the drains I have and will have a slight increase in damage whereas, on the other hand, I have a set that gives me a free drain. Neither really offer than much for suriviability so I think I might just go with the quantum phase 2-piece set for the increase in shield capacity and overall survivability.
terran deflector adds a bunch to flow, do the rest with iconian

as for ship, I say stick with the palisade, your probably already missing that turn rate and the uni console, that console is SICK for drain boats

also, this is probably the BIGGEST BIT OF ADVICE anyone could give you doing a drain boat and if you do one long enough you will come to this realization yourself...

you
cant
do
it
alone

as in to say, the more polaron, draining, aceton, tykens, energy syphoning, FOLKS you got with you? the more AWSOME all your hard work is going to pay off and look

so, simply start asking around, I KNOW, I KNOW, what a waste of time BUT you gotta understand that drain is tough to make work well in stfs AND in pvps.. to me? drain builds are the most reliant on a premade if there was ever anything

you have the power with a solid drain team to shut the lights out on anything you come across in seconds.... with a pug group? you will turn the lights out on a mob here, a mob there.. take the shields off the tac cube for a couple seconds NOTHING to write home to mom about...

but if you had a team

a drain team...

just saying..:P
That's good to know. I did have a fleet mate interested in making a drain build on an escort. Our combined power could reek some serious havoc.
On a different note I think I'll experiment with the Breen dread to see which I like. I just think the Breen dread would be effective with drains while still being viable as general purpose. Hangar + photonic fleet to overwhelm the enemy. 5 engineering consoles + quantum phase set for survivability. Then + all the applicable drain available from the palisade. That's the theory anyways.
