Patch 12-18-15 game crash at loading screen

After 12-18 patch I can no longer play STO the game crash every time at loading screen and it says GameClient.exe has stopped working.
I uninstall STO then reinstalled but it did not fix the game.
Anyone else having this problem?

    Start it up in safe mode.

    I have also huge problem with latest patch my game looks like TRIBBLE,and when i start with safe mode grafic is horrible .
    I play this game few years almost always on all setup on high and now game looks like tetris.

    Tried safe mode launch, among other things, STO still doesn't work for me. If anyone has any other solutions, please let me know.

    When loading in safe mode you have to manually ramp up the settings in game.

    since this patch I crash also with me it's down to the fact the new amd driver and sto don't like each other.
