I want to leave here my sincere "thank you" to all those who helped me to become more efficient and competitive in this game.
All those that gave me tips, gave or lent EC, those who advised me on the best way to play and develop.
Without you, I would not have reached the position I have today.

However, I would like to grow a little more and thereby make a special request to those who are already veterans in this game.
Since I can still evolve a little more, and despite having the help of those who are already my friends, I would like to ask for your (veterans) help and thus be able to help those who like me, grow slowly. Yes, I also have "disciples" that ask for my limited assistence.
The intention would be to join 100,000.00 EC, borrowed from those who have much, (over 200 million EC) to buy items that can help to develop weapons, shields and specific aid consoles.
I ask nothing more than just a LOAN to those who are game "rich" and can or want to help.
The entire amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
I will be identified as @JLML68 on all my seven toons.

You sir, are pathetic.
Because people who normally ask for things take it and never return it. 100mil isn't easy task either and getting 500mil is even harder unless you get lucky or have enough cash to dump into this game to get it. The game is a grind feast and I have worked on my own up to 100mil+ if you can't do that then you will never be able too. You asking and receiving money for nothing is proof of that you have to be willing to put time into the game. Also I would suspect having only 9 posts would mean you are fairly new to the game as well.
1) However some suggestions anyway. If you can get at least 5 toons up to level 50 you can turn in dilithium for 125 or 150 zen per day which can get you a single key per day or save up a whole week of zen and get the 10 key pack like I do and sell those you will be able to make 40mil or so a week just with that not including things that you pick up along the way or craft.
2) Craft things and sell those there will be people who will be willing to give away resources to craft actually I have had a few vets who were willing to give away green resources so if you ask for things like that I am sure you will get people who will help you there.
3) If you have a decent amount of EC already watch the markets for things that are under sold or mistakenly priced I was able to get 10 keys because someone sold them for like a few hundred K ec by mistake.
Anyway Idea is to get a lot of toons level them up to 50+ and farming Dilithium its the only true free to play way to grind less crazy.
This type of thread may not violate the ToS, but it surely ought to.
He doesn't want to do that, that's why he's using equivocal language to justify his approach; 'it's a LOAN, not a gift'. It sounds good, and makes people feel better, but with the amount of coming and going of players, those who would give this "loan" probably will either forget or take a break from the game, and then forget. The benefit to him is that he will only have to repay a small amount (if any); he gets the benefit of quick increase in resources to allow him to do what he wants to do without actually doing any of the things that he would have to do to gain those resources.
It doesn't matter how the request is framed, what language is used, what shallow justifications are made, it ends up being a con-job dressed up to look like a good natured and innocent request. And, playing upon the time of year as well.
It doesn't matter how the OP actually views it, if he views it as innocent... that's still equivocation, ignorant equivocation. Self-deception.
Also, it could just be trolling. "thank you" is in quotes.
Whatever the reality is...Bleh.
