Dear Devs: (New Doff Idea) Tractor Beam Repulsor Focuser

The doff or doffs would fold all three TBR beams into one or fold one beam at a time. Ultimately three beams could be folded into one beam. Damage, and/or CritH and/or CritD could be increased as beams fold into one another.

    A better idea would be a Communications DOFF, whose purpose is making it so ship ability: Fleet Support is triggered before 50% hull strength, or devices: Nimbus Pirate Distress Call, and Delta Alliance Reinforcement Beacon has a shorter recharge time.
