  That would be fun.
  Always wanted some living quarters off ship.
  
  Of course it would be more fun if we could have décor options. Customization would have to be high on this for it to make a real impact, but hey, that may open up some new revenue streams for them, by selling different furniture, and decorations in the C-Store.
  Essentially like bridge packs but for living quarters.
  
  They could go about this many ways, and I think it would be successful.
  Just need a reason to go there.
  Perhaps all services could be accessed from the living quarters, exchange, bank, account bank, fleet bank, commodities, etc.
  
  Would be great for those who wish for some peace and quite, away from the hustle and bustle of the social hubs like ESD etc.

  I did some searching on STO Wiki... It looks like the old Utopia Planitia station (Mars).. From the early beginings of STO.

  I think it would make a good place for a future Rep hub. Like the "Federation" Rep. Also they can use one of the KDF places for their own Rep too.

  Having a living space off-ship would be a nice idea. Even though it is redundant, except for RPers and loners. Maybe have the living space setup along the lines below and with each tier gained, allow for additional room sizes, additional rooms, and more decorating options...
