Return of the Elachi Sheshar

Starting this Thursday at 9AM PST, we’ll be featuring a promotion that will provide an extra bonus when opening a Research and Development Pack. When Captains purchase a Research and Development Pack from the C-store and open it, they will receive either 10 Lobi Crystals or their choice of an Elachi Sheshar Dreadnought Cruiser with Intelligence or Command seating, in addition to the Research and Development Pack.

    Funny how these ships keep coming back, yet winter, summer and general event ships have to disappear because of "exclusivity".

    Just asking for some consistency...

    Unless the Zombie Apocalypse (finally) happens, everyone has a 100% chance of getting the event ships. Let's just say the odds are a bit lower for those promo ships. Not agreeing with the exclusive stuff, but your reasoning was lacking, and since we are on a internet forum, I felt compelled to point that out ! :p

    So everytime we open a r&d pack, we definitely get 10lobi or the elachi ship, and it's not a lottery thingy?

    Your premises are correct, your conclusion is not. It is definitely a lottery, because of how unlikely the player is to get the ship.

    It's just as much a lottery as with the other lockboxes.

    You only have a chance for the ship if you buy a fresh R&D pack, old packs aren't "updated" and you still only have a (very small) chance of getting the ship from a R&D pack.​​

    I am not even gonna bother every time there is one of those offers or a new lockbox ship I never get it no matter how many boxes I open

    OMFG CRAPTIC! Enough with the promotions and bonus weekends! How about you do something you haven't done in forever: A LOBI STORE SALE! I don't remember the last time we've had one and it's pathetic you keep throwing out promotions and OP ships left and right just for a quick buck!

    Oh, and it's so nice you brought this ship back, but DON'T bring back the old Summer/Winter ships so players, who missed previous event ships,could their hands on the Breen Raider so they can unlock the Frigate Hanger Pets for their Dreadnought or Carrier! THANKS SOOOO MUCH!

    And don't give me that "make the ship feel special and unique to the players that got it" BS! If that were true, there should only be ONE Annorax in the whole game!

    Arc Need money people so buy zen then buy those yupiiii!!! A ship most desire but verry hard to get. ARC last winter event we neet to take a number to make Ice Run mission for Winter event reward. Now u can drive whit Enterprise there and u cant hit one people. U lose players??? LOL sure u lose bad managemet only profit no fun like Advance and Elite Sistem. In the past u dont need to wait 10 min to start a mission in max 30 sec u are transfered on map now the best reward are only in Advance and Elite hard to get. And one last sugestion try to make drop/win chance more ofen for rare ships in pack rewads like this or drop box. WE PLAY THIS GAME TO WIN SOMETHINK NOT TO BE FRUSTATED BEACAUSE WE PUT A LOT OF MONEY AND DONT GET WAT WE WANNA, or u lose the rest of people and the game die.

    To put it as nicely as I can... I don't care about Elachi ships. Don't want one, will never fly one, not even to obtain the Starship Trait or the Admiralty card. They're not easy on the eyes and make no sense for any of my characters. I consider it a complete waste of time at this point.

    They will not induce me to buy any R&D packs, especially when I don't have a full complement of R&D specialists to take better advantage of crafting.

    Sell me a DOFF promo pack that has R&D specialists and lobi in it and then we can talk. Put a Temporal ship or a Q ship in there and I'm definitely interested.

    Yes, it's definately an ugly ship. Now, if a promo pack came with Gumarre, and/or maybe some ultra rare or epic crafting doffs, that might interest me. As it stands now, doing the Academy doff mission for R&D help, the odds of getting Gumarre are slim and none.

    I will never fly in that ugly ship and I will never buy a R&D pack.
    I am from Belgium and english isn't my main language, sorry if I make mistakes.

    ARC is a multi-game launcher. It doesn't need nor has any use for money.​​

    I'd be thrilled if I actually liked it, or fancied my chances (and I'm not looney enough to trust my chances from boxes), and as far as liking goes, it looks like something that spawned from an alcohol-driven freemason...don't like that ship at all.

    Good luck to the Captains trying to get it, though. They'll need it.

    Or maybe just the truth. "We couldn't figure out why the older event reward ships and/or the discounts weren't unlocking on all characters, so we stopped trying and scrapped them."
