Veteran EV Suit & Fireworks location?

Can somebody help me to find these veteran rewards? I started new fed character after few monts and old location (console near admiral office} is not active. :(

    It wouldn't happen to be a Rom/Fed character, would it? The Rom version is at New Romulus Command. Are you going to the right console? The right one has R'raak at it.

    I checked all consoles around ensing R'raak, no one was active.

    Problem solved. It is probably bug - console is active after second visit Space Dock.
