Where do I get the Santa hat?

I saw someone wearing the santa hat.Can someone please tell me exactly how to obtain one please?

    Ok, I was at earth space port and I saw someone dressed in a santa hat. Is this still an obtainable item or is it rare? I googled it and found nothing.Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Screen shot, I haven't seen a real Santa Hat, might have been one of the Dev's.

    you can get the hat from exchange 880k winter knitted hat its called then just change color at tailers and it looks like santa i have a full santa set up screenshot_2015-12-05-20-59-42san_zpsssknrrfo.jpg~original

    It's in the winter event store as an unlock I think. Or it was last year.
