Why isn't there a Captain's table at New Romulus? I'd think few Romulans ever go to ESD, I haven't been there except in season missions since I first checked out the ESD revamp..
Same reason why there isn't a whole ton of other things at Mol'Rihan. No security officer, no Academy, no unique missions, a poor excuse for a boff store NPC... list goes on.
Captain's Table is stuck at Earth and Qo'noS. Hopefully one day we'll get an update.
makes me sad when people keep expecting us to be a faction and not a fraction... cause I know they'll get frustrated and quit... which means its less and less likely craptic will ever deliver the things we need

I wonder if that's the case. I know I'm disappointed at the lack of Republic-specific content, for sure. But at the same time, I think what's available is likely some of the best-designed assets in the game. I don't get the same feeling of wanting to just be there and enjoy it like I do at Command, when I go to the First City of even revamped ESD.
And there's a part of me that laughs every time the Feds complain that they got shafted, when Republic designs are community-voted as the best looking in a bundle
This is cryptic. They will NEVER know how to treat different factions the same in their games.
They'll just assume everyone wants to play who THEY want to play, and then make all other factions play similarly as to ensure different kinds of players aren't attracted to those different factions, neglect the other factions to where you feel you have to play THEIR favorite faction to enjoy the game to its fullest, and then declare "No one plays the other factions so we don't support them".
Well stop half assing factions to where there is a "main" faction, and maybe more people would play and stick to them. I doubt Romulan players would have a hard time teaming up, assembling fleets, and buying/trading Duty Officers if they were their own seperate thing with a couple more races to choose from.
If you played City of Villians, you'll know Cryptic is proficient in TRIBBLE all other sides then what they deem is the "reason" of the game.
The first mistake was making Romulans a mutt faction, and nothing will ever correct that now. I don't understand why they didn't just decide to ally Romulans with Starfleet permanently for teaming, and then Cardassians team up with Klingons while being their own seperate things with their own seperate amenities and missions.
I played City of Villains... pretty sure craptic had 0 to with with CoH/V by that point man... I also liked how villains ran, esp after the changes that came with Praetoria :P
