in Star Trek Online General Discussion
PERFECT WORLD/CRYPTIC: When are you annonceing or activating Black Friday Deals between 20% to 50% off on everthing for one day 24(HRS) for the 27 November 2015 on all ZEN, C-Store items and Promo's like you did last year on 2014 ?; everyone is waiting/standing-by for it in the STO game,!!! Please repley.

    Probably tomorrow and definitely not 50% off. Last year it was 20%. Zen is never discounted. You get extra Zen. I don't think that was run at the same time either. Though come to think of it, we haven't had a Zen Promotion in a bit.

    Sorry, but regardless of what that says EVERYTHING in the C-Store was 20% off on Black Friday (only). Not really announced in advance.

    Sales were announced beginning two days ago last year, with STO having its starting 'today'. We have none of that yet. So given that, we will either hear something today for the Weekend OR there will be an unannounced in advance Black Friday (only) sale tomorrow.

    I don't recall them giving any advance notice that a sale was incoming in previous years. It just showed up and was generally decent.

    I hope so, I need the Command Cruisers and the Arbiter for the traits.

    Well there is a new news blog that dropped about two hours ago about this week's reward in Stormfront. Nothing else.

    I have a few things on my list as well. The Dreadnought pack would be nice, gotta love that T6 Guramba. The Resolute has an amazing trait...... not sure about Command Cruisers, very expensive to get them all and the traits are horrible, unless I missed something. Oh, and the Escort bundle, that T6 T'Varo calls out to me.....

    The Resolute trait does something similar with engineering and command iirc. Nice Combo, no cooldown on anything ! Still expensive though. I never buy single ships that come with bundles, one never knows when you want the rest and then it's full price time.

    I am sure though that I will not invest in T5 anymore, I own most of those ships anyway and still boycott those Dyson thingies on principle.

    The tactical command cruiser trait is a must have and the science one is extremely useful on some builds.

    And the Concord is prettiest. ;)

    The Resolute trait adds radiation damage to some abilities. Not sure how useful it is.

    Ah, now I know why I am confused, in some other thread people had switched the names of the traits, that's why I thought the good one was one the Resolute.

    It was so bad in the uk that Asda (part of Walmart), who introduced it last year won't be doing it this year. Cyber Monday is better anyway: not only do you avoid the crowds, most people aren't paid until then anyway.

    This! I can only roll my eyes every time companies try to introduce some US-American holiday or "habit" to Europe. We never had to pretend not to be home on 31st October, now you get harassed just because some firms want to sale their cheap chinese made plastic junk.​​
