Unable to reclaim Breen Chel Grett Warship

The inability to reclaim the Chel Grett Warship or the Dyson Science Sphere Destroyer has been noted as a known issue in the patch notes last on October 22nd, 2015. Not having seen the note since then, I figured it was finally fixed.

Today, November 12, I opened a Chel Grett Warship for the Admirality system, and then discharged it. I did want to try actually flying the ship later, but not in the immediate future. However, I found that after I dismissed it, I was not able to reclaim it again, and I could not find any workaround for this. I submitted a ticket on this as well, ID #3,807,201.

Though I had no problems with the Dyson Science Destroyer, it appears it may be an issue for others too, so I hope this will continue to be looked into, and readded to the list of known issues so that people are aware of it.​​

    Howdu... not sure if this will help...but is info I offered on another simular thread. I had this problem recently and one of the folks on the TS I frequent explained that it was because I had a full "Overflow" bag. Once I emptied it, I was able to reclaim the ship.

    Issue persists, I am unable to claim not only the Chel Grett, but the Plesh Brek and Sarr Theln on some characters, regardless of overflow bag being absent, yet able to on others.

    This is, sadly, still an issue. I recently opened my boxed Chel Grett for the Admiralty ship and discharged it, expecting to be able to reclaim it freely. However, upon doing so I found that it still appeared as locked for me in the Reward Claim list.

    I immediately opened a ticket with a GM, and they told me that they could neither unlock the Reputation Claim nor restore my ship. This seems not only unlikely (a GM which cannot award an item lost to a bug is a poor GM) but terrible Customer Service as well. They recommended only that I open a Bug Report for the issue and check this forum.

    Seeing now that this is a long-standing known issue, I am only more deeply disappointed in their inability to help, and I suspect I will not likely see this ship I earned again.
