First of all I want to thank the customer "lack of" support team for giving me the run around on multiple occasions including this one. Go team ARC!
Like the title says. I purchased the To'Doju Fighter a long long time ago in a good game far far away. I can claim it on other KDF captains, even a KDF aligned Romulan.
No, I do not already have the fighter in my ship roster.
No, I do not have the fighter dry docked.
Yes, I can claim it on other character of the same faction.
The ONLY two things different is profession its on an engineer. Not a kdf tac, not a kdf sci, not a kdf aligned romulan tac. I do not have a kdf rom sci or eng to see if that works. AND (probably the problem) this particular character has a Vaadwar heavy fighter, none of the others do.
I'd be happy with a refund of 7,000 zen (adjusted from previous currency when the game was worth spending money on, time spent trying to get resolution, hair loss, gray hairs acquired throughout this process, pain and suffering)

I put my Voth Heavy fighter in drydock in the hopes that would alleviate the problem and nothing there either.
So here comes the shuttle event at me like a sock full of wood screws and I still can't claim the fighter i paid Cryptic coins for back in the good old days.
Upon further testing the game acts like I've claimed the fighter. But, I don't have it in my inventory, drydock, nor do I have the card for the admiralty system nor can I claim a new one. It doesn't even show up on the list of ships in the C-store as opposed to the ship vendor selector.
Is anyone going to offer some support or just give me more run around? This lack of any information is as absurd as the three other departments I've talked to about this issue. Two of them not responding at all and the other saying basically, "We can't help."
Is that how you take care of customers?
