Pre-Paid code UK

Hi,

So.. It was my birthday last week and a friend kindly emailed me a pre-paid code for STO, The code came from the states and I'm in UK, But I'm unable to find the option to enter the code on arc website under "Charge".

Am I unable to redeem this code if I'm in the UK?

    sadly they removed that from the charge website (because you were able to use globalisation and buy zen in another country cheaper, while globalisation is just for companys not for the people). You could try to redeem the code with Arc, but I dont think it works. The way of giving someone Zen as a gift here in EU is by giving someone a Paysafecard-Code. But with PSC you have to watch the local currency - for example a 10 Euro PSC would give me 1100 Zen here, but that might be different in the UK, wich means a 10 Euro PSC probably would not get you 1100 Zen in UK.

    If its a cryptic gold sub 30 day key i believe you have to go to tge sto website under my subscriptions.
