fix loading times

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
so sicne new dawn i experience loadign tiems of 1-5 min to random system mostly< ESD DS9 but also others are effacted...

any1 else got this?

    wow so yestrerday aft 5 min I gave up and alt+F4 now it again wont let me load my toon who is in transfer to nimbus ground 2nd try....

    3rd try 97 64 for 3 min

    4th try had breakfast 12min stuck at 98 someth

    and 5th try just loaded normal....


    why is it that every seas u f.u ck someth up so hard

    This happens for me all the time at DS9 trying to load into the ground map. This also happened to me at New Romulus

    There is a program called crypticError.exe in the "Star Trek Online/live" directory. When it happens again, try this tool to send a report and give them a better idea of what is going on.

    it happened again 10 times try to load new romulus outside.....

    so the support just moved a character to another map a 2nd time (diff character thou) cuz I wasnt able to finish loading ESD since 3 days with it

    checkign file integrety didnt work and attempts up to 7 times in a row neither

    the support then aksed me to put up a ticket about it

    lets see what comes from it

    Support said they are working on it and I shall avoid those map until a fix

    ALSO they said I shall force verify what I said on my ticked I already did 2 times....
    I feel like they dont read your tickets properly but maybe thats just me


    UPDATE:
    the support nowe said that I shoudl submit a report bug INGAME about it



    I feel a little moved around

    after the live chat support helped me and said i shall do a post on the forums and send a support ticked to GM
    the gm now says put it ingame....
