We're investigating the server connection issues that just arose.

    Thx Trendy....

    What I experienced sofar is several disconnects, then unable to connect to account server, then extremely slow character loading on selection screen and then loading character resulted in another disconnect.
    Past successes are never a guarantee for future ones

    When the hamsters are not fed like they should be. Even network cables are not safe from their hunger....

    Launcher has a message "The website is experiencing technical difficulties. Normal gameplay is not affected." The absence of the "Engage" button would indicate the contrary.

    Same thing here, deomagnis. Im still on log-in screen while my brother signed out. He told me not to sign out whatsoever...

    My guess was she was playing sto got a dc and could not reconnect thus was on top of things :P

    this is fast usualy we have issues after the patch. :P

    I find it interesting that just a few weeks ago, you guys did a huge all-day-long "network update" system wide, 12 hours of downtime. I guess you screwed up somewhere? Lol... Maybe you should feed the Hamsters better food. Ive always said about the Devs, the Wheel is Spinning, but the Hamster is dead. ;)

    Yes, I was getting hung up on "Connecting to Log In server", and made the mistake of backing all the way out of the game, now I can't even get the Launcher to load. :(

    If you would be so kind, getting the server up and stable within 15 minutes would be much appreciated.

    I'm supposed to be meeting up with some Klingons to make things explode, and they'll be mighty annoyed if it doesn't happen. You know how Klingons get when denied a chance to die with glory in battle and head on over to Sto'Vo'Kor.

    I have not left the game yet, kinda like groundhog day mixed with looper. I have not been Dc'd but Not going anywhere either. Server not responding pops up a lot, with a current max time of 240 seconds
