Enterprise Era giveaway

Well what can I say, gg on messing it up.

Before anybody starts posting irrelevant post's like in some other topic regarding this... YES I did try this on a Federation Character.

So...not sure on exact date but I used a Alienware giveaway key to get in to STO(in beta or right after it, not sure) which got me the Enterprise pack, now after playing for a long while, finely got enuf zen to unlock T'pol uniform, which I did and it's great, now what? a year later you guys are giving away a pack which basicly has all of this AND Mirror uniforms.... so I was like w00t lets get it.

And then reality kicked in and Cryptic was basicly giving me the middle finger when I try to get the Enterprise Era pack. You ask wtf happened?
It's simple really, I have everything already unlocked except Mirror uniforms and for that reason the game WILL NOT let me CLAIM the Enterprise Era pack, which means I CAN NOT unlock mirror uniforms, so tnx for that much appriciated /s.

FYI yes I did check with TAILOR in game, can't use mirror uniforms unless I pay up 500 zen, yey.

Talk about untested fail promotion -.-, and yes I'm pissed since I want the dang uniforms.

    You poor soul. I can feel the woe of the world resting on your shoulders.

    Seriously, I understand that running into trouble claiming the pack is disgruntling and it is something Cryptic should deal with, so it's best you submit an actual support ticket. But all the pain people who encountered these problems put into it - seriously? You're missing out a 500 zen giveaway of uniforms that are available for years now and they weren't worth the 500 zen until now ad probably in the future - no reason to rant and rave and call people names.​​

    Thats weird.

    I had both the NX and the Enterprise era uniforms unlocked prior to this promotion. And I had no trouble claiming the pack.
    A friend of mine had an uniform and the NX unlocked prior to this promotion. And he had no trouble claiming the pack.

    Not to say your issue doesn't exist, but here is what I would so.

    File a bug report, make a forum thread in the appropiate section giving as much information as you possibly can worded like you are sending in a resume to get a job, provide screenshots and if possible even record that you have certain parts but cannot claim the entire pack.
    That should give Cryptic at least a decent amount of tools to work with.​​

    Same, I had the NX and Mirror. The only thing I had trouble in claiming with turned out to be no available ship slots. I had apparently forgotten you get the NX01, discharged a ship and problem solved.

    You are trying to claim the Enterprise era pack on a fed character, yeah?

    I had a few pieces of the pack, and it let me claim the while thing fine.​​

    Here's what may help:
    Check if you have the Light Escort (NX 01 Enterprise) already on your active ship roster, discharge the ship if it is there.
    AND/OR:
    Make sure you have one free ship slot.

    If that does not work try submitting a GM request or try to contact the powers that be here in the forums via PM.

    Was there red text saying you do not have any free ship slots? If so, you needed to read that text and free up a ship slot.

    I already had the enterprise and mirror universe uniforms and could claim the whole pack.

    Not sure what happened there.

    bit late but... you had to NOT have the T1 ship on your roster. Should of deleted/discharged the ship. Then you can claim the pack. Pack does not unlock the T1 ship. If you have ship already on roster you can NOT claim the pack.

    note: 2nd work around would be to make a new fed toon and claim the pack... that would also unlock all the costumes for the account.
