Admiralty: "Ignores +SCI from Events" also ignores -SCI

Using a ship card with the special "Ignores +SCI from Events" on an assignment that has an Event that reduces the SCI requirement, the card negates the reduction just as it would an increase, making the assignment harder instead of easier.

I haven't tested with TAC or ENG, since I'm not sure if any of my characters have any ship cards that negate those.

Is this intended?

    I'm pretty sure I saw the same result with "Ignores +Eng from Events," but I can't be 100% sure. I'll check with Tac and Eng as soon as I get a chance. But I can confirm that it is happening with sci. Was going to post about that myself, glad to see I wasn't the only one who caught it.

    Ignore will ignore + or -.
    Have you tried the new forum on your phone?

    This was reported in Tribble testing and the answer was it's working as designed. Do not use IGNORE X in assignments that go negative.
