Clearly that is a bug that shouldn't be happening, I already reported it. To my understanding she should only announce her arrival at the end of the minizerg rush at the end of the cycle.

Since "kurland here" and the blabla from Tuvok, the sound in sto was turn off, and I listened to music with Spotify. but, I made a mistake at the beginning of the iconian "war", and I had turned on the sound in STO, and I had discovered Kagran; after that, the sound is turn off for good. + a lot of weapons have a boring sound after a moment (tetryon, polaron, coalition disruptor)
Hey Cryptic, LUV the new Badlands Battlezone, but...
Could You please tone down the number of times that Admiral Leeta announces her arrival?
PLEASE??
What was she wearing ?
At a guess, hot pants.
I was about 6 when they were most popular.
And the best ones all came with camel toes.

Instead of Leeta, why didn't they stick to the novels and have Iliana Ghemor in that position? The story goes that Dukat had found and kidnapped Ghemor after discovering her existence and had imprisoned her for years, TRIBBLE her brutally and making her go insane, until he was killed. She escaped, believing herself to be Kira Nerys, but then getting her memories back...didn't care and went on a killing spree to killed every other Kira. She travelled to the Mirror Universe, killed the Intendant and then became that side's Emissary to the Prophets.
Because the books go every which way...and aren't canon.
Imho that's where the Star Trek IP holder missed a big chance. They should have kept their thumb on material that was published, the same way other fantasy and sci-fi franchises do. That way there would have been a few more canon-scources and there would have been more quality to the novels in terms of scientific background and lore.
Even if some parts even made it into the game, Trek novels currently aren't more than a bit more elaborate fanfic, that has been checked for spelling and grammar. Hell, they even killed of some major characters in them, in some cases more than once.
Oh no, our Iliana TRAVELLED to the Mirror Universe and killed the Intendant and I think her own counterpart...in the novels. I know that Nana would never come back to Trek, because she's off being a chef, but it would have been a far more provocative idea. Leeta just seems like a strange choice, but I guess that Chase wasn't being that picky. She lives in the UK, just goes to conventions and is apparently quite the cougar. It seems like the only actors they get on STO are the ones who have nothing else to do and are just glad for the work.

Le's hope that it's fixed. I was getting tired of tapping the ESC key every 15 seconds or so.

That didn't work out so well when Star Wars tried it. So they junked it.
I don't remember the threads on how annoying Kagran and Kurland were descending into how they look.
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though. JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

To me, it sounded like her instructions for delivering those lines were "Dial the cartoon villain craziness eleven notches past 'over-the-friggin-top,' then break off the TRIBBLE". Must've been a fun recording session to watch.
I think it's amusing how every time she announces her arrival she basically gets spawn killed due to everyone focus firing her. Yeah, the ISS Enterprise is certainly powerful......
Still though, I think the cut scene is just buggy to begin with. After clearing the bonus portion of the battle zone, I've had the cut scene pop up once or twice afterwards when nothing is happening.
It IS powerful, but we far outnumber it.
"He shall be my finest warrior, this generic man who was forced upon me.
Like a badass I shall make him look, and in the furnace of war I shall forge him.
he shall be of iron will and steely sinew.
In great armour I shall clad him and with the mightiest weapons he shall be armed.
He will be untouched by plague or disease; no sickness shall blight him.
He shall have such tactics, strategies and machines that no foe will best him in battle.
He is my answer to cryptic logic, he is the Defender of my Romulan Crew.
He is Tovan Khev... and he shall know no fear."
They copied the BZ from the Undine, but they somehow failed to make the Enterprise challenging. At least the Voth Citadels reflect some damage and can take a beating.
Just for fun, they should add Feedback Pulse with enough part gens for a 2.0 reflection to the enterprise, and polarize hull with the reflection doff. Should make for a fun fight.
I have no desire to see the cutscene in the first place. What is the point of a 3 second announcement of this narcissistic nitwit? Why can't it just be one of those non-interactive pop up windows to the left side of the screen? This is becoming a toss up for me what is more annoying, her or Joe Buck and his TRIBBLE sports commentary.

.
To be honest, I'm not sure why she's farting around in the ISS Leetaprise anyway; surely the Temporal Dreadnought is a better symbol of power?
True even Mirror Archer as crazy as he was at the point realized you don't go back to today's model when you have the next decades model sitting in your driveway.
I enjoyed Chase as Leeta... good ol Bajoran Dabo gal and wife of Grand Nagus Rom. Her shouting about the Terran Empire and the Pah-Wraiths and how we are inferior to her power... even the first time around was kinda cringe worthy... sorry girl. Now they have the lines on repeat every 10 seconds it seems... oh god... reminds me of Holo-Leeta talking to you no matter where you were on DS9 to spin the wheel
I hate that voice and cut scene altogether. I'm not a fan of cut scenes, especially when I am fighting, flying and fighting and even just doing stuff. I hate the cut scenes near the end of Bug Hunt but Admiral Leeta of the ISS Enterprise is driving me mad and that cut scene......I can't say what I really want to say on the forums but I think my neighbours can here me swearing very loudly.

And isn't Leeta in her 70s now? Being evil must keep you looking good!

it has costed my life several times because of cutscene with warpcore breaches right arround me.

I actually didn't read Fibertek's post before putting this in the amusing picture thread, but, meh...
