    Well yesterday I played for 1 hour no DC and this morning played for an hour no DC

    Public IP is 209.179.120.80. Have been unable to play STO since 9/22 for any period of time, most of the time the launcher just sits there saying "Logging In Please Wait". When I can get in (rarely) the game runs fine for a few minutes (5-15 min at th, then I get server not responding, get kicked out to a screen that says "connecting to login server", which sits there a while and then times out. Whatever you folks did to your networking recently has apparently caused more problems than it solved.

    Well, whatever was wrong with the account server connection seems to have been corrected, at least as far as I can tell. As of 5:00pm Eastern on 9/27, I have experienced no problems at all with the launcher or STO. I've been in and out 4 times with no problems.

    Amazing amount of lag but its not actually Disconnecting. Been like this last two weeks usually around this time of night (6-8pm PST). No issues the rest of the day for the most part.

    i can't even get to the support of arc (not connected or mistakes so it couldn'r be send)
    My internet does work fine and even tribble works but holodeck is not to be played
    accountserver doen't work properly or even not at all

    Looks like this is the culprit:

    Been having issues all day: frequent SNR, rubberbanding, login & account server timeouts, etc.
    I have logged a case: 151025-001277

    Others posting similar issues:
    Cryptic, check whatever you have at "198.49.243.253"

    I can`t even get in I either get login Timeouts or disconnected from The login! oh well Season 11 is no big deal to me! can`t play half The time because of The Login server plus getting booted alot during map changes! :#

    for those of you that have the launcher stuck on "trying to update the launcher" for me resetting my modem/router did the trick.

    had allmost 24 hours of not being able to log in... (sleep and work in between) reset my router eventually after a few more error messages. it works as intended now.
    tactics? to pew pew or not to pew pew?!

    It gets sluggish loading the launcher, then sluggish connecting, then sluggish loading characters, and as soon as I choose a character and try to enter the game I get the logout2 timeout error.

    Yeah, same problem you're having tickmonkey. In fact, I think we're in the same general area. I don't think this is ISP related however, since no other streamed games outside of Arc are having problems and my internet access is flawless for everything else.

    Twice tonight got SNR, then kicked out of MI. Trying to relogin gives me "Connecting to the account server"
