Go into detail about your dream T6 lockbox ship here. What would you change on it for it's T6 version?
My favorite is the Undine Nicor. I would upgrade it to T6 by doing the following:
Change the Lieutenant engineer seat to Lt. Commander (+1 BOff ability)
Add pilot spec to the Commander Tac and Lt. Commander Engineer seat (is now a dedicated pilot ship)
Increase Impulse Mod from 0.2 to 0.22 (a little faster)
Increase Engine Power bonus from +5 to +10 (so it has +10 weapons, +10 engine)
A small bonus to hull strength and maybe shield strength (I don't really care about this)
It ends up with lots of room for pilot abilities, with a commander and two lt. commander abilities in pilot seating. You want reroute reserves to weapons on your beam boat? You have it. This would be one seriously scary ship.
So post your dream T6 lockbox ship. What would you put on it?

That is a cost of 200 lobi, to convert the T-5U lockbox ships that I spent a fortune in acquiring the original time, to something on par with the latest vessels (T6 fleet - extra boff slot, spec seating, mastery trait).
Rather than having to spend the fortune again. Which I will not (and indeed have not done). In fact the introduction of T6/T6(f) has cut my playtime from 100+hrs per week to less than 50hrs per month and cut my Zen expenditure to zero. So yer. They lost a paying/playing customer with that move.

As to one of my favorite ships, Upgrade the Lt Tac of the Voth Bulwark to Lt.Cmdr then add Intel to the LtCmdr Universal. This would give the Bulwark some teeth while still able to tank and hold the line. It would also entice sales of other Bulwarks when they do finally bring it back.
The consoles would remain the same per the T5U version of it (3/5/3), and the vessel would come with higher hull and shield stats, naturally. The only thing left to change (or in this case, update) would be the Bridge Officer seating, and that would be rather simple. I would alter the seats of the T5U version and release it with the following:
Lt.Cmd Tactical/Intel
Commander Engineering
Lieutenant Engineering/Command
Lieutenant Science
Lieutenant Universal
Am unsure about the mastery trait, something to do with power redistribution (making the ship hull more vulnerable, whilst boosting the weapon and shield power).
Edit: Then I'd put the Keldon into the Lobi Store, with a (3/4/4) console set, and present the Bridge Officer Seating as:
Lieutenant Tactical/Intel
Commander Engineering
Lt.Cmd Science
Lt.Cmd Universal/Command
Ensign Universal
+ Hanger x1 (Hideki Attack Ships x3); they can be stored in that upper pod section.
Recluse. Cmdr Uni. Lt Cmdr's Tac, Sci, Eng. Each one gets a spec (pilot Tac, Sci Intel, Eng Command.)
Consoles: 4 Sci 4 Tac 3 Eng
Comes with Golden Mesh Weavers, that pack APB III, BFaW III, and an DOffed Aux2Bat build (for 100% uptime on the other skills)
This would be something that could challenge a Scimitar... And doesn't need a pile of SROs, so Feddies and KDF can fly as well...
Oh, forgot her mastery trait - 1% chance for every energy weapon to apply APB effect to enemy.
To rob a line: [quote: Mariemaia Kushrenada] Forum Posting is much like an endless waltz. The three beats of war, peace and revolution continue on forever. However, opinions will change upon the reading of my post.[/quote]
The speciality of lockbox ships occassionally is that they might have two spec seats, sometimes from different specs.
The Nicor seems like something that could be a mix of Pilot and Intel, the Dromias might be Intel/Command or Pilot/Command.
I think the Temporal Vessels would probably all be popular. I'd say the Science Vessels could get an Intel Seat and the Escorts a Pilot seat.
*) I am a liar.

Universal Lt.Cmdr
4 Tactical Consoles
4 Engineering Consoles
3 Science Consoles
That's all I want, I'm even willing to forget the whole Frigate pet situation, if I can have a Universal Lt.Commander slot.
So... maybe now simply take the T5-U version, bump an Ens seat to Lt (or add an Ens Universal on the very few ships where no Ens currently exists), take a current Lt Cmdr seat and make it a Hybrid, and do the "clicky" console idea but make the minimum cooldown 80 secs (2/3 of standard) when using both the "clicky" console and Starship Trait. That would be the simple method of allowing a full T6 from T5-U stats, and simple is more likely to happen than creating a full set of Starship Traits for the whole pool of T5-U Event/Lobi/Lock Box/Promotion ships.
Realistically, though, it's just not going to happen... they've already re-sold T5-U ships as T6, both C-Store (LRSV Retrofit->Pathfinder) and Lock Box (JHAS "with T6 capabilities"->JHSS, JHRS), and made money doing so. I just don't see us getting proper T6 Upgrades when the whole T6 version could be re-packaged and sold as a new offering. I would like to be wrong about that, though...
T6 Elachi S'golth Escort
Cmdr TAC
Ens ENG
LtCmdr SCI
Lt Universal -> LtCmdr Universal/Intel
Lt Universal -> Lt Universal / Pilot
- Maintain T5U Consoles: 2 ENG, 4 SCI, 5 TAC
- New Console to expand the Elachi Set.
T6 Elachi Monbosh Battleship, or what I like to refer to, the Copy & Paste of the KDF's T5 Fleet Vor'Cha. Cryptic even forgot to remove the Vor'Cha's cloak from Monbosh when the ship was first released but fixed that a few days after
LtCmdr TAC -> LtCmdr TAC/Intel
Cmdr ENG
Ens SCI
Lt Universal -> LtCmdr Universal
Lt Universal -> Lt Universal/Command
- Maintain T5U Consoles: 5 ENG, 2 SCI, 4 TAC
- New Console to expand the Elachi Set.
The 2 revamped Elachi ships will have 2 new consoles total to expand the current Elachi Set from 2 pieces to 4. Set bonus past 2 pieces:
Set 3 - Disruptor Damage Bonus
Set 4 - Reduce Crescent Wave Cannon Barrage cooldown to 1 minute
S'Golth is great, Epic with one thing added: A Hangar bay! If you look at the sides of the ventral surface it looks like it has one. T6 S'Golth Escort Carrier. For the Crescent Cannon, don't cut the cooldown time, cut the charging time. 4 seconds or so.
