What are the best doffs, in this game for the Starship Roster? Since mine kinda of suck...
3 Doffs (Energy Weapon Officer) [Space] Chance to reduce the time to recharge when using cannon special attacks
1. Devin Ernesto Gourlay (Rare)
2. Bozen (Uncommon)
3. Tasia Dayle Jabubek (Uncommon)
Jyneth (Conn Officer) [Space] Chance for +Accuracy, +Perception for Tactical Team
Vito Giovanni Ribb (Conn Officer) [Space] Recharge Time reduced for Tactical Team and Buff
Are my doffs, at the moment and I haven't unlocked the 6th Roster slot yet.
The Rising of the Delta is the best expansion ever, and people love it to death because it is a good day to die in the endless struggle for supremacy of your own conviction. (A spin off of the Delta Rising is the best expansion ever and all the players love it.)

Again, it all depends on your build because certain DOFFs are valuable for one build and worthless for another.

As well, the Very Rare version of these doffs are expensive...
Well, let's look at the basics. You want to get some Damage Control Engineers to reduce cooldowns on your Emergency Power abilities. There's also a version of Energy Weapons Officer that will reduce cooldowns on your cannon powers. The Conn Officers you already have are also good (the rest of the Tactical Team recharge line reads "buff to Starship Attack Patterns on activating Tactical Team").

Damage Control Engineers for the dual EPtW on the Manticore would be nice.

Would it be better to get the Tier 5 Avenger to get the two set bonus from those consoles or stick with the Cloak + The Tier 6 Arbiter Console. I definitely got Rare Conn Officers to boost my attack patterns, since I have two sets of Beta and Alpha on the Fleet Arbiter, while on the Manticore is Omega III, 2 Beta 2, and Alpha.
Akin the Two Set is more or less +15% All Weapon Damage and +33% Turn Rate, it is called "Deadly Maneuvers." While the Cloak only has +15% All Weapon Damage for a short period...
Also I never really tried the VATA console before, is it good?

The first 4 I have standard on all my toons. The last costs alot on the exchange, otherwise it would be Chance to Improve Ship Power to all Subsystems on use of EPto-X susbsystem.
