Where are the recruiting forums?

Where are the recruiting forums? This new setup has be confused.
Tides of War Fleet Staff contacts:
@duketbar (Fleet Officer)
Tides of War Website
Team Speak: ts.tidesofwar.net - no port, no pass (or simply type ToW in address bar of TS client)

    The recruiting forums are now buried under each faction's discussion section. So Fed recruiting is now a subforum in Fed Discussion. Here's a link in case you can't find it:

    arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline/#/categories/earth-spacedock

    It's the same for the other factions as well. Not exactly the best way to do it though.

    They were taken out... No longer in use...

    noone will ever find them. the forums are wasteland now. i have never seen the forums in this unorganised before. i dont even check them anymore except for the news.
