Missing Skills in tray

in Tribble - Bug Reports
The following skills constantly disappear from my skill tray:
Red Matter Capacitor
Delta Alliance Reinforcements Beacon
Nimbus Pirate Distress Call
Subspace Field Modulator

As you can see, these are all item's based skills that are being affected. Something is causing these to drop out of the skills tray every time that I change maps. This problem also affects ground skills that are also item's based.

    On the Ground, the following item's base skills disappear from the skills tray when changing maps:
    Obsidian Cane
    Shard of Possibilities

    Everything from the Device Slots (Frosted Boots, Remodulators, Rebreathers, Gambling Devices, Tribbles, Hypos/Cells/Charges) and the Inventory (Pets, Horga'hn).

    And I have to re-check, but I think Active Reputation Powers also don't get re-slotted correctly.
