Need help with interact macro!

i stumbled over a helpful thing in reddit to ease up on mindnumbing menu sliders:

my current problem is as follow, i try to replicate the functionality of interact through a keybind/console command but can't seem to find the exact thing.
(pressing 'F' by default to interact with npcs, pick up loot, etc)
/interactWindow
opens up things as expected, but doesn't execute preselected options if an npcs provides those
i.e. npc venders that ask for "Store" or "Exit"
pressing 'F' by default lets you double tab it to initiate and proceed through the "Store" option.
interactWindows only helps through the first step.
long story short, i want to merge the keybind proposed in reddit (which is functional and awesome) with the basic convinience 'F' provides.
any chance of doing so?

for some reason beyond me it didn't work earlier.
