Admiralty - Tour of Duty Bug?

At the moment i've 2x the mission "United Federation of Planets - Tour of Duty (2 of 10)".
Am I supposed to have the same step of a chain mission at once?
Will add both and see if the tour of duty jumps from its curent state 1/10 to 3/10 after both finished.
Just tried to add - can't slot both. So most likely a bug.

    Yep, it seems there's currently no working check on if two of the same mission can appear in the list at the same time. You can only run one at a time, I actually just reported the same bug.

    Confirmed bug.

    Workaround is to skip the duplicate assignment using a Pass Token.
