Where do I find ingredients?

I'm finally getting around to doing the Culinary Credentials and I can't find two of the ingredients. Is there a secret vendor out there or a mission where you can get a Tulaberry and a Livanian beet as a drop?

Most of the foods for the Culinary Credentials are uncommon or higher rarity, which means they can't be purchased from normal vendors. I believe a few of them might be available if you happen to own a chef Duty Officer of the appropriate race, but most of them you'll have to get via loot drops in ground combat, or potentially purchased from the Exchange if you really want to get through it.

Is there a particular mission or just luck of the draw?

Mostly just luck of the draw, but you can probably get most or all that you need from the Exchange.
