Nukara Rep. Store Ground weapons

The Store has Refracting tetryons for space bot AP for ground. I don't know how many use them (i prefer the Kryo Weapons against tholians) but the Omega Rep. also has AP weapons.

So what about changing the Nukara weapons to Refracting Tetryon rifles and pistols So you have the chance to hit multiple targets with one shot?

    This is a sound proposal, one I would see and raise with the following:
    • make phased tetryons available, both for purchase and crafting, once you hit, say, T3;
    • transfer the rad crystals, web grenades, and the +sonic nanoenergy cell from the lobi store (where they have no business being) to this rep's store (using the same logic applied to TFO)

    In fact, I would make similar Tier 3 changes to a couple of other reps:
    • Delta Alliance: Vaadwaur polaron weapons become available;
    • New Romulus: nanite-disruptor weapons become available;
    • Iconian Resistance: AC-doped tetryon weapons become available. These do not count towards the Krenim Temporal Manipulation set - to avoid confusion, the items in said set would be prefixed with 'Prototype'
