Maintenance?

I'm seeing the red stripe, claiming there is a maintenance scheduled for 9/14 from 7-9:30 AM Pacific... and to check the forums. It seems rather odd... considering that it's already ten or eleven hours past the end of that timeframe, I didn't see it during that time this morning (and was personally online for all of it) AND there's.... nothing on the forums about a maintenance anytime this week.

So... what's up?

Well maintenance is every week, usually on a Thursday unless something weird happens. But yeah the message on the launcher is odd since it is in the past.

The message on the launcher was probably an error. There was a message earlier about the servers being under a DDoS attack for the last couple of days. The attacks seemed to have finally stopped though.

What I want to know is why it is scheduled for 9/14. That was TODAY!

Apparently, Cryptic plans to use Annorax technology to go back in time to this morning, and patch the servers before the attacks happened.
